You will work in a cross-functional Scrum team with experts in various domains to build the next-generation services for our customers. Together with your team, you will be responsible for engineering future features, products, and apps. In your specific role, you provide the team and stakeholders with early feedback on the solution quality from a user-centric view. Continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and short feedback cycles guarantee constant improvement in your skills.

What do we expect

• The internship will have a duration of 6 months, part-time (20-25/h).
• The responsibilities will involve marketing, design, and organizational tasks.
• You will work in an agile team, working closely with management, designers, product owners, scrum masters, and developers.
• You will identify users‘ needs and come up with adequate solutions.
• You will communicate effectively about your decision-making process.
• You will work on illustrations, iconography, and marketing materials always following branding guidelines.
• You will organize design systems and work in collaboration with other designers.
• You will have a passionate mindset always aiming to improve workflows and products.
• You will have a clear understanding of quality standards and will seek to achieve them.
• You will communicate openly about project status and seek feedback in a helpful and constructive manner.
• You will be responsible for conducting user tests and iterating your new concepts or improving existing systems.
