JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to support our Marketing team in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create and design both print- and online advertising materials for our company. This position is being offered on a part-time basis, for 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

  • Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, including online banners for social media, blog articles and email newsletters
  • Design and editing of print materials (e.g. Product Flyers, Brochures, Catalogues, Application Notes, User Guides)
  • Layout and design of various internal and external advertising materials
  • Designing promotional materials for our conferences and events (e.g. booth design, posters, roll-ups and giveaways)
  • Coming up with creative concepts and exciting themes for digital advertising

Job requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the common graphics programs of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • High commitment and initiative
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Creativity, quality awareness, reliability and an eye for details
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines
  • Animation, photo editing and video editing would be an advantage, web design is a plus

Remuneration will be based on experience and performance and is negotiable.

Please note, according to the Austrian Collective Agreement for Utilisation Group III, the legal, minimum, full-time salary for this position is EUR 2,093.98 paid 14 times per annum.
